REGATHERING PLAN

January 2021

Regathering Plan

With the recent reports from the Minnesota Department of Health (MDH) and Governor Walz regarding the downward trend of COVID-19 infection rates in Minnesota, the Overseer Board of NorthRidge Fellowship held a special online meeting on Wednesday, January 6 and unanimously agreed that the church should begin re-gathering for worship services beginning the weekend of January 16-17, 2021.

We are excited to get to re-gather for worship services and other ministry events. Along with our excitement, we remain committed to the health and safety of those who enter our building. With that in mind, see below with what you can expect with regard to activities in the church building.

Masks

  • We will continue to adhere to the Mask Mandate put forth by the Minnesota Department of Health (MDH) in the Summer of 2020.
  • Each person age 6 and older is expected to wear a mask while in the church building. Please take this seriously.

Social Distancing

  • The Worship Center will have plenty of chairs set out, which should provide ample space for social distancing.
  • Please leave at least 2 chairs between you/your family unit and the party sitting beside you.
  • Additionally, please maintain a 6-foot distance while conversing with others in common areas.

Personal Cleanliness

  • We will have sanitizing stations set up throughout the building.
  • Please take advantage of this and sanitize your hands upon entering the building, as well as other times as needed.
  • You may also wash your hands in the restroom sink if you prefer.

Facility Cleanliness

  • The building with be thoroughly cleaned prior to and following the weekend worship services and any other events taking place in the building.
  • Additionally, there will be spray bottles containing a cleaning solution along with paper towels stationed throughout the building. If you use a table or countertop for something, these spray bottles and paper towels may be used to clean up after yourself.
  • Toys in the children’s area will also be sanitized after each use.
